DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

 All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Sydney, Australia  

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number

STANDARD

EXPRESS 

$10.00 (1-4 Business days) 

Free shipping for all Australian orders over $150 

Once a package has left our warehouse, handover is made to the carrier. HOGO is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations.  

Absence upon delivery will result to a calling card being placed in your letter box highlighting instructions for arranging re-delivery or pick up at your local post office. 

If your HOGO package has not arrived within 8 business days of placing the order, please kindly email hello@hogo.com.au  with your Full Name and Order Number, one of our customer service representatives will assess your enquiry.  

HOGO apparel is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
